Hmm. Before, my ticket from Moscow to JFK was on the 16th, and my ticket from JFK to Lansing was on the 3rd, or some such. This was obviously a bit of a problem, due to chronology issues and math (3-16=-13). Now my ticket from Moscow to JFK is on the 10th, and my ticket from JFK to Lansing is on the 11th, which is better as far as chronology goes, but there's still a bit of a math problem there (11-10=1). Still, all in all I'd say this second deal works out better than the first.
